Liz uses a variety of bodywork techniques to treat many conditions and problems, and works to tailor each massage to fit the specific needs of every individual. She works with a wide variety of clients: athletes training for large events; people living with Parkinson's disease, Crohn's disease, and other chronic illnesses; cancer patients going through chemotherapy and/or radiation treatments; office workers suffering from job-related pain and stress; children and adults coping with scoliosis or other postural dysfunctions; pregnant or post-natal clients; and many, many people who simply need a time and place to relax, unwind, and take care of themselves.
Massage can be a tool for stress relief or a palliative care option, but it can also work to balance the mind, body, and spirit and bring balance to life as a whole. The body always wants to return to balance, and to heal; Liz's job is simply to help facilitate that healing.
Liz is a licensed massage therapist in Massachusetts, and is nationally certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
